About This Blog

      Like many, I enjoy doing at least a couple of things at once. There is so much to be done, but it seems like time keeps getting shorter and shorter. Doubling up on the amount of things I can do at one time is a great way to use my time efficiently. I love reading, but I also like to knit at the same time. Not being a great knitter yet, I have to keep my eyes on what I am doing with the yarn and needles. This is where audio books come in so handily. I can listen to books while I knit away. I can get so much more "read" this way and my knitting projects actually get finished.
     I recently wanted to review some Ellen G. White writings and read some that I haven't read before. I found a great website that had many, if not all, of her writings as free audio books. I was ecstatic! This seemed to be the greatest thing ever. Then I downloaded them and put them on my iPod. While they did get the job done, so to speak. I was a bit distracted by the low quality of the recording. Don't get me wrong, I am very happy that there are websites where a person can get these writings as audiobooks, but I wanted to see if I could update the readings a little and so have made this blog to post them on for download. I am still in the process of the first recording and also figuring out the technical aspects of it, but come back soon for the first chapter! I hope that it will be a blessing for all who hear it.
